Market data from Sensor Tower shows that Amazon's AI shopping assistant, Rufus, did a lot more than just answer questions on Black Friday. It also helped boost sales significantly.

• On Black Friday in the U.S., sessions with Rufus that led to a purchase jumped 100% compared to the last 30 days.

• Sessions that resulted in a purchase without Rufus increased only 20% over the same period.
