🎇 AI NEWS TODAY 🎇

Meet the CEO Behind the ‘Starbucks of Flowers’

Kim Tobman knows how to build giants. Having previously led businesses like Savage X Fenty and President of SKIMS, she turns digital shops into household names.

As CEO of The Bouqs Co., she’s transforming the $100B flower industry.

The company is already one of the biggest floral ecommerce brands. Their model can get flowers farm-to-door 3x more efficiently, slashing waste to below 2% and fueling 270 million stems sold.

In just the past few years, Kim has launched 5 retail stores with The Bouqs Co., all profitable in under a year. Now, they’re ready to open 70+ more. These shops can double as fast delivery centers for high-margin weddings and parties.

Bouqs’ brick-and-mortar stores are already thriving. In towns with stores, the brand has seen 100% year-over-year growth.

With $90M+ in recent revenue, this company has become a nationwide flower powerhouse. Become an early shareholder in The Bouqs Co.

OpenClaw Vulnerability Allowed Websites to Hijack AI Agentse

A serious security flaw was found in the open-source AI framework OpenClaw. It was previously known as MoltBot or Clawdbot. This vulnerability could let harmful websites control local AI agents. This can happen just by visiting a compromised web page on a developer's machine.

Key Points :

  • ClawJacked is an issue. It lets a webpage create a WebSocket connection. This connection is from the browser to the local OpenClaw agent gateway.

  • Browsers don’t block cross-origin WebSocket connections to localhost. Also, OpenClaw trusted all localhost traffic by default. This means the harmful page could guess the local gateway password. It might log in without the user knowing.

  • Once logged in, the attacker gains full control of the AI agent. They can access settings, connected devices, logs, and send commands. This could lead to data theft or more harm to the host system.

  • Why It’s Dangerous

  • OpenClaw agents often operate with extensive permissions. They can manage files. They can run terminal commands. They can use messaging apps. They can access APIs. They can browse the web. And more. Because of this access, a hacked agent can:

  • Extract sensitive information

  • Execute any commands on the user’s machine

  • Exfiltrate credentials, tokens, or private data

  • …all from a “normal” browser session.

  • 🔧 Fix and Response

  • The vulnerability was responsibly reported and quickly patched by the OpenClaw team. A fix was released in version 2026.2.25 (and later) within about 24 hours of discovery.

  • Users and developers using OpenClaw should update right away and apply the latest patch.

Why Amazon’s ‘go build it’ AI strategy aligns with OpenAI’s big enterprise push

Amazon's strategy helps customers. It focuses on businesses. They can build AI systems using AWS tools. This approach goes beyond just using end-user AI products.

At the heart of this strategy is Amazon Bedrock. It’s a managed cloud service for building and scaling generative AI applications.

Key Points :

  • This aligns with OpenAI’s focus on enterprises. OpenAI wants to help businesses. They offer models, tools, and platforms. These support custom AI solutions. They want to offer more than just ready-made applications.

  • 🔹 The Strategic Partnership Boost

  • The article notes that Amazon and OpenAI have strengthened their partnership:

  • Amazon is putting around $50 billion into OpenAI. This is part of a multi-year deal that builds on past agreements.

  • AWS will be the exclusive third-party cloud partner for OpenAI Frontier. This platform helps teams build and manage AI agents and applications.

  • Together, they are creating a Stateful Runtime Environment, integrated with Bedrock. This will provide developers with ongoing AI workflows. These workflows maintain context and link to real enterprise systems.

  • This shift focuses both companies on deep enterprise engagement, not just consumer apps.

  • Why It’s a “Win-Win”

  • Analysts pointed out:

  • Partnering with AWS helps OpenAI improve its enterprise offerings (Frontier). It provides strong cloud infrastructure and better distribution.

  • For Amazon, the “go build it” philosophy strengthens. AWS is key in enterprise AI toolchains. It competes directly with other cloud providers, like Azure and Google Cloud.

  • Both firms benefit from each other's strengths. AWS provides robust infrastructure and tools for building. OpenAI offers advanced models and a strong software platform.
